 My name is Jan Fowler. I am a native New Yorker but have adopted California as my home state as I have lived here for most of my life. My passion in life has always been dance. I started dancing at 7 years old and studied, performed, taught, and owned a dance studio and have studied ballet, modern dance, jazz, tap, international folk dancing, and English Country Dance and Morris Dance. My husband George and I met when we were both dancers at the Los Angeles Renaissance Pleasure Faire.

 George and I have two wonderful and gorgeous children, our son Sagen who is in 9th grade and daughter Violet Rose who is in 6th grade. Sagen was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when he was 2 years old and watching over his health has been an important part of life since then. Sagen was one of the youngest children in southern California to wear an insulin pump, which was a big achievement for us because we really had to push the health care professionals to give their approval.

 Being a stay at home mom has been my honor and privilege since the children were born. George had a long career as a Real Estate Mortgage Broker helping people finance their homes. He is a hard worker with a lot of integrity and had a word of mouth referral business. No advertising necessary! After 23 years in the business, the economy, in particular the real estate industry, took a turn for the worst and his business stopped almost overnight.

 We had to do something to support our family and also wanted to be home for our children. George has always been an entrepreneur and so we started to market online and study how to make investments so that we would have our money working for us. It has been a great adventure as we work with inspiring, fun people from all over the world!

 Now we are able to “pay it forward” and help other entrepreneurs to create a life where they, too, can work from home, enjoy their families, have time to travel, or do whatever they please. And to make wise investment choices so they can have their money working like big corporations do.
